Keiran qualified from Bedford University in 2019 in Sports Therapy. During his studies, Keiran learned a variety of treatment assessments and techniques such as:
Keiran worked alongside the Northampton Saints Rugby players on a placement whilst at University where he helped to provide treatment to the men’s squad before/after training sessions. He has also worked alongside charities during the London Marathon to help to provide treatments to their runners.
Keiran is based at PhysioFunction Spratton where he provides support to our Neurological and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists. He is a Level 2 Gym instructor and can provide a broad range of hands-on manual therapies such as soft tissue massage, joint mobilisations and exercise therapy to help aid clients through their rehabilitation process. In addition, Keiran manages client’s programmes on the AlterG. The AlterG is an anti-gravity treadmill which can help with the rehabilitation of gait, balance and exercise tolerance across a wide range of clients including those with sports injuries, neurological injury, chronic mobility issues and post-surgery.
Keiran also assists clients with physiotherapist led programmes on the FES cycles,the LiteGait, the Easy Glider and Mindmaze
