PhysioFunction are able to provide Expert Witness medico-legal reports (CPR part 35 compliant) for clients in England and Wales following traumatic/acquired brain injury, spinal cord Injury, complex neurology and poly-trauma for adults and paediatrics. We can provide opinion on quantum and breach of duty and have extensive experience in providing claimant, defendant and single or joint expert medico-legal reports.
On receipt of an approach or instruction we will identify which expert the client would be assessed by. PhysioFunction will then forward a copy of the Expert’s CV and our T & Cs for consideration. We are happy to send anonymised sample reports on request.
At the point of accepting the instructions PhysioFunction will agree an assessment date and time, method of assessment (in person or remote) and an estimated timeframe for completion of the report. Cost estimates can also be provided where requested.
