PFit combines personal training, led by our qualified Personal Trainers and Sports Therapists, with innovative training programs using the Galileo side alternating vibration system and Desmotec D-Line and V-Line eccentric flywheel trainers as well as our AlterG anti-gravity treadmill and other equipment to provide holistic exercise, nutrition and lifestyle programs for all members of the community.

Whether you are living with a long-term condition, want to improve your general health, shed a few pounds or take on a personal physical challenge, be it setting a new personal best at a parkrun or completing the London Marathon then PFit has a programme for you!


Personal Training

Our fully qualified Sports Therapists and Personal Trainers will conduct a full assessment, exploring all aspects of your health, fitness and lifestyle, and work with you to develop SMART goals. 

  • Specific to what you want to achieve,
  • Measurable so that you KNOW you have achieved them,
  • Attainable so that you know that, with work, you can achieve them,
  • Realistic so that they are going to work around your life and commitments,
  • Timed so you know what you need to do and when!

A comprehensive exercise, nutrition and lifestyle programme that is tailored to help you achieve your SMART goals will be created by your trainer. They will guide you on how to perform the exercises safely and correctly, letting you know if you need to adjust your posture or range of movement.

Your trainer will be supportive, but they will also challenge you and motivate you, keeping you accountable and on course to reach your goals.

NuMe

NuMe is a transformational program combining personal training with nutrition and lifestyle coaching to give you enjoyable, effective and sustainable change.

Starting with a comprehensive assessment, exploring all aspects of your health, fitness and lifestyle, your trainer with work with you to design a program that enables you to achieve your goals, whilst still working around your everyday life. 

We use the SMART principle to define your goals so that they are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timed. This helps you to keep your eye on the prize and work towards your set goals within the timescales set by you.

Your programme will be tailored to suit your specific needs, making use of our advanced exercise equipment to give you the maximum output for your hard work.

It is recommended that you obtain GP approval prior to starting a new exercise regime especially if you have not exercised for some time, or if you have medical conditions or concerns.
