Dear Client
Further to my letter last week I wanted to update you all on how PhysioFunction will continue to work with you over the coming weeks and possibly months.
We are still very much up and running and looking forward to the time when we can open our Spratton clinic. There have been some changes in how we work to keep you and our staff safe.
We have expanded our existing Telerehab service so that you can continue with your sessions in your own home using a video link and the remote support of a familiar member of our clinical team. The feedback from the self-isolating clients who using this service for the first time is very encouraging : they are finding the sessions beneficial and enjoying the social interaction. If you haven’t used Telerehab yet but are interested in finding out more, please contact us and we will be happy to explain how it works.
As hydrotherapy and hands on sessions are suspended for the time being, I have had to make some temporary changes to the usual working practice of some of the Clinical and administration members of the team. Over the past week, many of you will have been contacted by your current treating physiotherapist to advise you of changes and ensure that your care will continue to be delivered by one of our therapists working using Telerehab. I have made this decision to enable us to continue to provide care where we can and also minimise the impact that Coronavirus has on the business.
Please be assured that I am overseeing all the day to day running of Physiofunction and that my working team are enthusiastically continuing to provide a high standard of physiotherapy care and support to you.
Many thanks for your continued support and good wishes. If you have any questions, please contact kyeishaloudon@physiofunction.co.uk or call 0800 043 0327
Stay safe.
Kind Regards
Jon Graham
