Iron Man Charity Challenge

As Clinical Director of PhysioFunction, I specialise in the rehabilitation of individuals with Neurological Conditions. Many of the people that I work with are young stroke survivors. Each of these individuals has a unique physical challenge to overcome on their road to recovery. They endure exhausting1:1 Physiotherapy sessions and intense home exercise and gym programmes. I feel that it is only fair that I match their efforts!

On 18th September I completed the Challenge Henley Iron Distance Race of 3.8k swim, 180k bike and 42.2k run.  I managed to raise over £3,700 for Different Strokes charity thanks to the generous sponsorship of clients, friends, family and our Suppliers and representatives: Saebo UK, Bioness, Otto Bock, Trulife and OML.
